Margaret Orthodox is a rehabilitation project for the Arrott Transportation Center in the Frankford neighborhood of Philadelphia.
The station is being upgraded to maintain ADA compliance while keeping it in service. The station platforms, trusses, and canopies are all being replaced.
Additionally, Anderson is installing three new elevators and a new cashier booth and fareline.
The overhaul of the station also includes the replacement or repair of damaged masonry and finish components including stainless steel and powder coated panels as well as tile and structural glazed tile. The precast stair treads and overpass decks are also being replaced.
